Puffco offers a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products purchased directly from our website to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety. Please note that used vaporizers and accessories are final sale due to the nature of electronic inhalation devices.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original, factory-sealed packaging and was purchased within the last 30 days.
Initiate Request
Contact our support team through the official help center to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your unopened device and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse verifies the seal is intact, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus shipping fees.
